Here’s what Kelly Brook munches on to get those enviable curves and, yes, it includes chocolate!
Kelly Brook is a girl after our own heart.
Just look at all these delicious dishes she’s been eating, and drinking for that matter, (hic!) to get those killer curves.
The model and actress embraces a high protein diet with rich roasted meats and veg, plenty of salmon and avocado – which have all helped contribute to her healthy 8lb weight loss, which she showed off recently when the model slipped into some very tight work-out gear – which cleverly enhanced her ample cleavage. As you do.
But what we love about Kel is she is just like us mere mortals and allows herself some cheat days.
Who can blame her when she is out in the States starring in show One Big Happy? She couldn’t have looked happier.
It all seems to be going swimmingly as Kelly’s been indulging in celebratory chocolate cupcakes with the cast, and allows herself the odd chocolate pudding too.
This, washed down with a glass of bubbly as the cast head out to the supermarket to stock up – and throw in a big bag of ready salted crisps too.
Why not. She deserves it. Kelly works out after all and relishes hiking in the Hollywood hills, particularly the Runyon canyon, a celeb favourite which the likes of Taylor Swift and Victoria Beckham enjoy too.
Speaking to Your Fitness about her regime, Kelly said: ‘I find it easier to stay fit when I’m in LA,’ adding, ‘when the sun is shining I definitely want to exercise more!
‘At the beginning of the year I decided to kick-start my lifestyle and embark on a healthier way of living. I like to mix up my workout’s from Pilates to Barry’s Bootcamp and go around 2-3 times a week.’
Kelly admits she loves a work-out buddy.
She said: ‘I never work out alone. I’ll have a personal trainer, exercise with a friend or go to a class,’ Kelly explains to the magazine.
‘My PT in LA knows exactly how to work my body. The next day I literally can’t walk!’
