Elsa Pataky, wife of Thor star Chris Hemsworth, has shown off her sensational six-pack on the cover of a new fitness book – just three months after giving birth to twins! And she looks unbelievable.

Like, insanely incredible!

The book, Intensidad Max (co written with fitness trainer to the stars Fernando Sartorius) promises to get you into serious shape in 90 days.

The Spanish senorita, 37, who has previously described her relationship with exercise as ‘like an addiction’, puts herself through a grueling weekly routine of two rounds of strength training, yoga and pilates three or four times a week and Muay Thai.

And it won’t hurt having action star hubby Chris on hand to help you train and keep buff.

Elsa’s secret diet tips

  • ‘Start the day with a glass of warm water in which you’ve squeezed the juice of half a lemon. It is a very healthy habit that eliminates toxins from the body, provides vitamin C, is highly antioxidant and purifying.’
  • ‘Eat breakfast like a King, eat lunch like a Prince and dinner like a pauper’, and she swears by gogi berries, flax seed and Kukicha tea.
