Ever wondered how to dress a Royal bump? Then look no further, no matter what stage of pregnancy you are at!

Truth is I’ve never really been a fan of Kate Middleton‘s wardrobe.

I’ve always felt it was quite safe, but then again I guess you can’t turn up in neon tribal for a cocktail evening with The Queen!

So I was happy to see her in her £1,065 Erdem dress this week and most of all was REALLY excited that we finally got a proper look at The Bump!

For months she’s been hiding under coats and then as the sun came out yesterday so did the bump.

Being only four months pregnant at the moment, I haven’t got such a big tum as Kate yet (it’s more a food baby at the moment thanks to five Magnums a week – they’re for the baby obvs).

I am however taking tips from her for a few months’ time when I explode.

Two things that stand out for me are: Yes you can adapt a non-maternity item for your pregnancy wardrobe, smocks are a massive trend this season and perfect for skimming over a growing waist line.

Secondly, prints really do work, especially when broken up with areas of solid colour.

So, with this in mind I’ve searched the high street and online for some great floral lookalike dresses so you too can have a bump fit for a royal occasion.
