The power couple has just completed a 22-day Vegan challenge after Jay Z announced on his Life + Times blog: ‘Psychologists have said it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. On the 22nd day, you’ve found the way.’

And with the plant-based mission accomplished, Queen B looks sexier than ever!

Kelly Brook: Work out like a man!

She’s known for her W.O.W womanly curves, but Kelly Brook’s gym regime is anything but girly!

The model, who drafted in personal trainer Ashley Borden who has previously worked with clients straight from Hollywood’s A list including Ryan Gosling, Reese Witherspoon and Mandy Moore, has been lifting manly deadweights to keep her hourglass figure in tip top shape.

And they ain’t left her with a bodybuilder bod like her ex Danny Cipriani either!

Apparently, lifting heavy weights allows us to burn more fat and see results faster than carrying out smaller, repetitive weight work outs, according to experts. Big grrrs.

The tiny singer with the huge voice recently unveiled a new, much slimmer figure after losing 30lbs and credits her new body to practicing spiritual healing technique, Reiki!

So what the hec is Reiki? It’s a Japanese method for healing the body, emotions, mind and spirit, which provides the mental discipline to eat healthy and maintain weight loss.

Christina Aguilera sees a Reiki mater for private sessions three times a week and combines her spiritual practice with a low carb diet and yoga. Hommmm….

Sam Faiers: Diet pills!

The (rumoured) CBB star slimmed down from 10st to 8st 10lbs following her split with Joey Essex to flaunt off a figure which became THE transformation of 2013.

But Sam Faier’s epic turnaround hasn’t just been down to a no carbs and no alcohol diet! The TOWIE babe has confessed to taking diet pills to aid her weight loss even further.

She says: I gave myself a break over Christmas to indulge, but since then I’ve been taking Forza Raspberry K2. I’m also back at the gym three times a week working out using weights.’

Vicky Pattison: Ditch the long workout!

The Geordie Shore star is quite literally a shadow of her former self after slimming down from a size 16 to a size 8 in less than three months.

But you’ll be pleased to hear 9st Vicky Pattison – who says she won’t stop until she weighs 8 stone – hasn’t been pumping iron for hours on end to get her brand new bod.

She revealed to Now: ‘In the three months it’s taken me to lose weight, I’ve been exercising six or seven times a week. I’ve been doing it in short, intense bursts, rather than massive long workouts.’
