Move over Simon! It seems after her three-year break from being a judge on The X Factor, Cheryl Cole is after Simon Cowell‘s ‘Mr Nasty’ title.

Having been there and done it herself, you’d think the usually teary-eyed Cheryl could relate to the determination of the wannabe popstars desperate to make it.

However, Cheryl revealed her new darker side after Raign Rabin auditioned this weekend, referring to her as ‘ugly’.

In fact, Cheryl showed an instant dislike to singer-songwriter Raign and they came to blows as soon as she walked into the room.

‘Why do you think music hasn’t worked out for you?’ asked Cheryl. Clearly
offended, Raign began to argue her previous successes (err, currently
number 17 in Russia anyone?) before informing the judges that she’s only interested in impressing Simon as he is
the ‘most important person’.

A comment which obviously didn’t sit too well with the Queen of the panel.

When Simon eventually put her through to boot camp, Cheryl expressed what dealing with her would be like: ‘That’s my idea of hell.’ While Louis defended her saying, ‘But she’s desperate!’

‘And that’s ugly’ Cheryl replied.

Er, don’t forget you were in her shoes once Cheryl!

Let’s remind ourselves of the moment, 12 years ago, when a young Cheryl Tweedy nervously walked into an audition room too and sang Have You Ever in front of Louis Walsh, Pete Waterman and Geri Halliwell.

‘It’s all I wanna do!’ she urged as the judges decided her fate.

Hmm! Sounds pretty desperate to us, Chezza!
