Chelsy Davy was born to safari farmer dad Charles and ex-model mum Beverley in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe in 1985. She has a younger brother called Shaun.

The young Chelsy boarded at Stowe School in Buckinghamshire and during her time there she met Prince Harry. It’s thought that they started dating in 2004.

Chelsy earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in politics, philosophy and economics from the University Of Cape Town in 2006.

Her on-off relationship with Prince Harry regularly hit the headlines and the press often speculated about if they would get married.

Harry described Chelsy as ‘very special and amazing’ during a TV interview celebrating his 21st birthday and he wasn’t shy about showing his love for Chelsy in public.

The loved-up pair were regularly snapped holding hands or sharing a kiss, such as when they were seen smooching at the Concert For Diana at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Chelsy Davy enrolled on a postgraduate law course at the University Of Leeds in 2007 but by the end of the year Prince Harry was secretly sent to fight the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Harry returned in February 2008 after it was leaked that he was in war-ravaged Helmand province.

A few months later Chelsy met Harry’s grandmother, the Queen, for the first time at Peter Phillips’ wedding and also attended Prince Charles’s 60th birthday celebrations.

In January 2009 Chelsy and Harry briefly split but soon rekindled their romance. Chelsy proudly watched her man as he was awarded his Army flying wings in May 2010.

Sadly their relationship ended for good in September 2010.

Chelsy Davy completed a Legal Practice Course at the College Of Law in Moorgate in 2010 and started working at London law firm Allen & Overy in 2011.

Despite her split from Harry, she was still invited to watch his brother Prince William marry Kate Middleton at the Royal Wedding in April 2011.

Chelsy has since been linked to jeweller Charles Goode while Harry went on to date dance student Cressida Bonas from 2012 to 2014.
