Rochelle Humes (née Wiseman) was born in Essex in 1989. Her parents split when she was a toddler and she was raised by mum Roz with help from uncle Paul Ince.

The wannabe star started singing and dancing when she was just 4 and went to Colin’s Performing Arts School in Romford.

At the age of 12 Rochelle auditioned for S Club Juniors as part of a reality show on CBBC. She won a place in the band alongside Frankie Sandford and six other young stars.

The band – who later became known as S Club 8 – supported S Club 7 on tour and had a number of hits including One Step Closer, New Direction and Sundown.

After the group disbanded in 2004, Rochelle Humes became a presenter on children’s TV show Smile until 2006.

The following year Rochelle landed a place in new girl group The Saturdays. Former S Club Juniors bandmate Frankie joined her in the band along with Una Healy, Mollie King and Vanessa White.

Their first single If This Is Love was a top 10 hit and the girls went on to be hugely successful.

They released numerous albums including a Greatest Hits compilation, headlined tours and achieved their first No 1 hit with 2012 track What About Us.

A few months after splitting from footballer boyfriend Darren Randolph in 2010, Rochelle started seeing JLS star Marvin Humes.

They briefly broke up later in the year but soon rekindled their romance and got engaged in 2011. The couple married a year later and welcomed their daughter Alaia-Mai in May 2013.

Busy Rochelle Humes has still found time to branch out with her own solo projects. In the summer of 2014 she excitedly launched her debut clothing collection for Very.

Rochelle became a team captain on BBC Three panel show Sweat The Small Stuff in 2013 and has presented on This Morning with Marvin.
