The kickboxer was removed on Monday
Continuing what seems to be its most controversial series in years, Big Brother has made the shock decision to remove housemate Andrew Tate.
The kickboxer, who started his housemate life in ‘the other house’, was announced to have been taken out on Monday night, due to recently discovered information – but the drama doesn’t end there, as Andrew himself has now taken to social media to defend the reasons why!

Upon returning to the outside world, Andrew first took to Facebook to claim that after ‘begging’ him to be on the show for years, he was taken out due to a cunning masterplan that producers feared would ruin the show.
Furthermore, Andrew hit headlines last week for posting ‘racist and homophobic’ tweets concerning Cheryl and other celebrities in the past – but Big Brother soon came forward to deny that the tweets, nor Andrew’s Facebook claim were the true reasons for his removal. An official statement read:
Andrew was not removed because of his actions inside the House. Nor was he removed for tweets allegedly posted by him prior to his entering the House.
Andrew was removed because of information which came to light today.
Following this, Andrew then confirmed the reason why on Twitter – and according to him, it concerns a ‘kinky’ video in which he allegedly hit a girl with a belt.
However, he claims that when the video comes to light, all background laughing will have been cut out.
On Twitter, he ranted: ‘They are pretending I beat her up when we were joking and the belt made noise but didn’t hurt! They cut all laughing’
‘I am not a violent man. Kinky yes violent no. Such a stupid story! I didn’t even hit marco of jacko or Chelsea when they threatened me’
‘I have never hurt a girl in my life and this is a total lie trying to make me look bad. And Laura put a belt on marco and didn’t get kicked’
‘So wtf is this about?’
‘Everyone reads 50 shades no one cares they kicked me because I told my new plan to big brother they said it’s too clever and dangerous’.
At time of writing, Big Brother has given no further explanation, and it is unclear whether it’ll be revealed on Tuesday night’s edition of the show.
