Big Brother bosses saddened by Allister Logue's passing

A man who almost made it into this year’s Big Brother has died in London.

Ibiza club organiser Allister Logue, 56, was hit by a train at a Tube station.

‘Officers attended Charing Cross London Underground station after a report that a man had been struck by a train,’ says a British Transport Police spokesman.

‘The incident is currently being treated as non-suspicious.’

Allister was among 80 hopefuls at the Big Brother studios in Elstree on the launch night in June.

Viewers saw him standing alongside Caoimhe Guilfoyle, 22, in the crowd but he was not picked as one of the 14 housemates.

Big Brother bosses have offered their condolences.

‘Our thoughts are with his friends and family,’ a spokesman tells the Daily Star.

An inquest into Allister‘s death will be held at a later date.
