Chezza feels too raw to go ahead with grilling by BBC host

Cheryl Cole has decided not to give an interview on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross on 12 March.

The X Factor judge agreed to go on the BBC show before she split from husband Ashley, 29, and was expected to chat to Jonathan about her solo career, breaking the US and baby plans.

Cheryl is due to promote her new single Parachute from the album 3 Words and may still go ahead with her performance but without the pre-chat.

A rep for the Girls Aloud star says: ‘Cheryl will no
longer be appearing on Jonathan Ross for interview. It is possible she may still perform her new single’.

Cheryl is still feeling very tender after her separation from her Chelsea footballer husband who is alleged to have cheated on her with a number of women.

In January 2008, single mum Aimee Walton claimed she had sex with Ashley in December 2007.

Ashley was then accused of cheating on Cheryl on two occasions in late 2008 with a secretary, with Ann Corbitt in Seattle in July 2009 and Alexandra Taylor hours after he and Cheryl went public with their relationship in 2004.
