James Middleton won't be hitting our screens anytime soon

Kate Middleton‘s younger brother James has rubbished reports that he’s to appear on reality show Made In Chelsea.

It had been claimed that the 25-year-old was ‘considering’ a TV role alongside posh boys including Spencer Matthews and Jamie Laing – but he says he’s never been approached by E4.

‘That’s the first I’ve heard of it,’ says James.

‘And I’ve no idea where it’s come from.’

James – who shares a flat with sister Pippa, 29 – describes the story as a ‘just a typical, speculated rumour’ that he and his family have become ‘so used to’.

He also denies that he’s worried about his cake business Nice Cakes losing £17,000 in its first year of trading.

The entrepreneur’s company Nice Group owes creditors £32,575 but accounts state that the bank’s overdraft is ‘secured by a member of the director’s family’.

‘Most start-up companies do incur losses to get the ball rolling,’ James tells the Daily Mail.

‘Am I concerned? Right now I am not but, obviously, I monitor things closely.’
