The actress earns £1,000 per second

ITV reportedly splashed out £150,000 on Dancing On Ice evictee Pamela Anderson – who performed on one show for less than three minutes last weekend.

Contestants receive full payment even if they’re voted off the programme on the first night – meaning Pamela cost the channel £1,000 a second on Sunday evening, according to reports.

Pammy‘s the biggest star we’ve had on Dancing On Ice and we hoped she’d pull in millions of viewers for weeks,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror.

‘We booked first-class flights for her and sourced plush accommodation for months in case she got to the final stages.

‘All in, we’ve spent about £150,000 and she lasted one week. It’s a disaster.’

Pamela and skate partner Matt Evers lost out in the dance-off to Keith Chegwin and professional Olga Sharutenko after the ex-Baywatch star’s boob popped out mid-dance.

She was disappointed to bow out of the contest so soon.

‘I’ve always wanted to learn how to skate,’ Pamela tells ITV’s This Morning.

‘It’s devastating.’
