Actress Felicity Kendal in bottom 2 with Patsy Kensit

Felicity Kendal has become the latest contestant to leave Strictly Come Dancing – despite Ann Widdecombe getting the lowest scores from the judges.

The actress, 64, received the fewest votes yesterday after being placed in the bottom two with Patsy Kensit.

But Felicity isn’t upset that Ann, 63, is still in the contest, despite the former MP only getting 13 points out of 40 for her samba.

‘This show is for the public and the judges to decide what goes and who goes where,’ she tells the Daily Mail.

‘I don’t think it is appropriate for somebody who is in it to start brandishing opinions.’

Felicity wore sunglasses as she danced the American Smooth with Vincent Simone in Blackpool to disguise the black eye she got last week after a domestic accident.

‘I had a couple of glases of wine at home and well, bumped intto the kitchen cupboard at 3am,’ the actress explained.

Former EastEnders actress Kara Tointon, 27, is among the 7 other celebs that remain on Strictly Come Dancing.
