Judge set to concentrate on American show
Len Goodman is planning to leave hit BBC1 series Strictly Come Dancing.
The judge has decided to concentrate on the American version of the show, Dancing With The Stars, because travelling across the Atlantic every week is so exhausting.
The jet-lag takes it toll, he admits. I wasnt going to do it this year the flying backwards and forward but I got talked into it again.
But this will probably be the last time. Ill have to make a decision, if they ask me, whether to do the British show or American show.
Len, 64 – who flies to LA every Sunday morning with Strictly co-star Bruno Tonioli, 52 is paid £90,000 for his expertise in the UK but a whopping £250,000 in the US.
My heart wants to do the British show, he tells the News Of The World, ‘but my head… the money makes me want to do the American one.
