The cute pooch puts on an impressive dance routine with owner Ashleigh

Simon Cowell watched Pudsey the dog on Britain’s Got Talent on Saturday night with a huge grin on his face.

The cross-breed pooch, 6, performed a special double act with 16-year-old owner Ashleigh Butler, who was dressed as a cave woman.

Pudsey twirled, jumped and danced on his hind legs in a perfectly synchronised routine to the B-52’s The Flintstones that got everyone in the audience on their feet.

Alesha Dixon declared the pair ‘adorable’ and David Walliams called them ‘brilliant’.

Pudsey is one of the best dancing dogs I’ve ever seen,’ added Simon.

‘My only criticism is I’d have put Pudsey in a prehistoric outfit as well.’

Ashleigh and Pudsey,  a mix of Border Collie, Bichon Frise and Chinese Crested, got the thumbs up from all four judges and are through to the next round.
