Corrie star gives Oliver a new home

Kym Marsh has taken in an abandoned dog that was featured in an RSPCA appeal on This Morning.

The Coronation Street star called the ITV programme live on air to offer a home to a three-month-old retriever-cross puppy called Oliver last week.

Host Phillip Schofield then put Kym, 33, in touch with the RSPCA and she and fiancé Jamie Lomas took the pooch home yesterday.

‘He just melted our hearts,’ Kym tells The Sun.

The couple got engaged on Christmas Day.
