Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes, Jonathan Benton (JB) Gill and Oritsé Williams take second place

JLS won 2nd place in The X Factor final last night.

Winner Alexandra Burke got most viewers’ votes and triumphed over 180,000 contestants, with Eoghan Quigg in 3rd place.

Despite not grabbing the title of X Factor winners 2008, the boys in JLS are determined to live their dream. Simon Cowell believes they’re ‘the best group ever’ to appear on the show.

JLS sang Flying Without Wings with Irish pop legends Westlife and proved they’re a class act.
