Simon Cowell has described his first reaction to starring in Comic Relief sketch with David Walliams

Simon Cowell has revealed that he felt ‘total horror’ when David Walliams first asked him to walk down the aisle to raise money for Comic Relief.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge will be heading to the chapel for a star-studded Red Nose Day sketch on 15 March 2013.

‘When David first asked me to get
involved, I felt total horror, but I was obviously keen because I know
was a great job Comic Relief does to raise money,’ says Simon.

‘Basically, I’m at a church about to get married and have a lot of crazy
people wanting to marry me. I hope it will raise money. It’s hilarious.’

Simon‘s future ‘wife’ will only be revealed on the night, but BGT co-star David will be sporting a wedding dress and veil for the occasion.

‘I never thought I’d see Simon get married. Much like Cliff Richard,
he’s the eternal bachelor. But it was actually very moving to see him at
the altar,’ reveals David.

The pair will be joined by Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon,
Dermot O’Leary, Caroline Flack and Rylan Clark for the big occasion.
