So what does Mr.Wicks recommend for killer thighs?
Joe reckons the lunge jump is the perfect move. Wearing jeans and a tee, the fitness fanatic starts lunging on the spot, alternating his legs in a jumping motion. Watch the video to find out how it’s done!
‘It’s a really good exercise. You’re going to be working the inside, the outside of your thighs, and your glutes,’ says Joe, who recommends doing the jumps for 30 seconds, before taking a 30 second rest. Repeat 10 times, and wham, bam, thank you Sam…or should we say Joe?
‘You’ve gotta burn it to firm it,’ he reveals, adding: ‘That’s gonna get your legs nice and strong and fim and lean in 2015.’
