So what are the THREE moves Joe recommends for burning belly fat?
‘High knees running on the spot really fast, mountain climbers on the ground and burpees,’ reveals Joe.
‘You’re going to do 20 seconds on each one, rest for a minute and repeat that for 10-15 times,’ he adds.

Whilst the workout might be short and sweet, it’s definitely going to make you feel the burn – even Joe was a little out of breath by the end.
‘You can do this anywhere, in the ling room or in the garden,’ explains Joe, who adds:
‘That is gonna burn some fat and get you lean in 2015.’
